Ely Corporation was established in 2011 by our Founder and CEO, Sean P. Ely, on the business concept of "strength through diversification".

Since its humble inception, Ely Corporation has grown its operating portfolio to entail assets in the construction, mining, oil & gas, real estate, maritime, agricultural and equity investment industries.

With over 30 entities in our current operating portfolio, our largest and most well-known companies include Ely Concrete Construction, Southern Mining Corporation and Empire Real Estate & Development. While operating independently, as well as strategically through supply chains amongst themselves, these entities execute their objectives across the Southern United States and proudly employ hundreds of professionals, tradesmen and miners.
